The security team at St James Oaks sheltered housing are there to monitor arrivals and departures at the front gate. They have a role that encompasses the whole site on a 24 hour day to day basis with the gatehouse as a key part of the whole operation.

You can sleep soundly knowing that someone within the site is watching and monitoring the grounds from discreet Infrared Closed Circuit Cameras situated around the complex.

Security equipment at St James Oaks is there to improve your comfort and peace of mind knowing that it is present at all ties to deter any unwanted guests and record any irregular activity.

All our security staff are employed and trained by us.
