Here at St James Oaks, a social life is guaranteed. You don’t have to get involved but if you do want to have fun with your friends and neighbours, there really is something for everyone. 

We offer a packed calendar of events, from coffee mornings and craft nights to keep-fit classes, live music, comedians, and quiz nights. The dance floor is very well used. Most of the activities are held in our on site club house, which also has a fully licensed bar. For the more competitive residents, we also run a pool and darts league.

We also organise events off-site, such as trips to the theatre, and coastal resorts for sea air, shopping or eating out.
